I have been a practicing attorney since 1993, living in Tucson, Arizona since 2002. During my entire practice I have focused on estate and business planning and have worked with individuals, families and small and medium size businesses.
I am originally from Toronto, Canada, and went to college at the University of Western Ontario, in London, Canada, where I graduated in 1989 with a B.A. in political science.
I graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law, in Richmond, Virginia, in 1993. During law school, I also studied at Emmanuel College at Cambridge University, in Cambridge, England.
Following law school, I was a partner at Herndon, Morton, Herndon & Yaeger, a boutique estate and business planning law firm in Wheeling, West Virginia, until 2002 when I relocated to Tucson, Arizona. In Tucson, I became a partner at Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. I left the firm to start my own practice in 2011.
I regularly give presentations on estate and business planning matters to various organizations. I am also involved in several charities and am a member of several boards and committees for local charitable and community organizations.
